Best of Me Symphony #58
There is a hotch potch of various posts in the latest Best of Me Symphony, with many political pieces. The Symphony is made up of selections from various entrants (not necessarily the author), that is at least 60 days old, and that is deemed to be among the best from the blog.
This is only the second time I sent off an entry to the Best of Me Symphony and I must say, I was a little confused about the virtual guest hosting thing that Gary does to the Symphony, but I went over here and got it explained to me a little bit more and now I am not so confused. It is masterful how Gary managed to blend in various quotes to the summaries and descriptions of the posts. Well done, Gary!
This past weekend has been a little bit of a whirlwind for me, hence there hasn't been an update here on the blog. Usually I do a bit of blogging over the weekends, but this past weekend I hit a little bit of a wall with my creative juices... so it has been quiet around here.
However, I did dig up an older post of mine and sent it off to the Symphony. It is a piece I wrote on Sun Tzu's Art of War, which is touted by many management gurus as a quintessential business manual for today. I disagree (Gary reversed "War" with "Business" whether intentionally I don't know, but it is an interesting twist to the title! - UPDATE: Gary's fixed it now). Well, have a read and let me know what you think.
