Fighting those errant voices heard in my head

You're quite useless, aren't you?
On Christ my Solid Rock I stand.
Two layoffs in three years. Can't hold down a job? A Jonah, perhaps?
All other ground is sinking sand.
What a loser! Can't hold down a job. Can't endure suffering. Can't provide for your family. Can't do anything right!
When darkness seems to hide His face,
I rest on His unchanging grace.
Hopeless! What can you do now? Where can you go? How are you going to pay the bills? How are you going to provide for your family? Didn't you know they need you to at least bring in the paycheck? You are quite an idiot aren't you?
When all around my soul gives way,
He then is all my Hope and Stay.
First, a doormat. Next, a deadbeat. Forever, a bum.
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness.
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly trust in Jesus’ Name.

On Christ the solid Rock I stand,
All other ground is sinking sand;
All other ground is sinking sand.
